Gillian Stikeman, a graduate of McGill University (B.Mus, L.Mus), is a passionate musician with extensive experience in both Montreal and Toronto. She is a founding member of Trio Amore and serves as the music librarian for Sinfonia de Montreal, contributing to both performance and organizational aspects of the musical community.

Karen Bell, a McGill University graduate in Commerce, began violin studies at age six and honed her skills under distinguished teachers in Montreal. With over 25 years of experience, she has taught violin to both children and adults in her community.
A founding member of Trio Amore, she has also been performing for 25 years with Sinfonia de Montreal, under the direction of Louis Lavigueur, C.Q.

Stéphanie Moreau is an accomplished flutist with a distinguished academic and performance career. She won first prize in flute at the Conservatoire de musique du Québec and graduated with high honors from McGill University, and later earned a Master’s in Musicology from the Université de Montréal. For over 15 years, she has been the principal associate flutist with Trio Amore, showcasing her passion for the world of classical music.

Whether you're hosting an intimate gathering or a grand event, our ensemble can provide the perfect soundtrack to match your vision.We primarily perform as a classical trio, featuring the elegant combination of flute, violin, & cello, adding sophistication and charm to any setting.
For string enthusiasts, we also offer a string trio configuration with
two violins & cello, creating a refined sound for those who love the purity of strings.For smaller, more intimate gatherings of 50 guests or fewer, we can offer a violin & cello duo, delivering a personal and elegant atmosphere.
For larger events, our ensemble can expand into a string quartet (two violins, viola & cello), offering a fuller, richer sound to elevate the experience.No matter the size or type of your event, Trio Amore can customize their performance to suit your needs, ensuring the ideal ambiance with both flexibility and style. If amplification is required, we can arrange this in collaboration with a sound technician.
